Bead Blasting

Bead Blasting - Metals and Wood

Bead Blasting is the process of removing surface deposits using aluminium oxide at a high pressure to peen metals such as aluminium, brass and stainless steel. Bead Blasting can do this without damaging the surface, so that the metals can then go on to be polished or painted. This can also be used on wood and mild steel. Raltech Finishers Ltd are bead blasting specialists in Portsmouth.

Glass Bead Blasting

Glass Bead Blasting is used by Raltech Finishers to remove all impurities and build up deposits from your finished metal or wood surfaces. It provides a uniform finish and because bead blasting is done at a lower pressure, it saves any possible damage or dimensional changes to the surface of the item or product. Bead Blasting and the finish itself, can be altered to meet your specific requirements.
