Powder Coating at TK Finishers

TK Finishers of Portsmouth offer professional powder coating. At our Portsmouth based powder coating workshop, we offer powder coating whether its decorative colours, alloy wheels or a protective coating. This is a method which involves applying a powder to any form of metals which is evenly distributed through a spray gun which is electrostatically charged, before being placed into our oven to produce a lasting finish. Our oven will facilitate items up to 7 metres in length, please call for further details.

The advantages of Powder Coating - apart from having an unlimited colour variety, is that there is no drying needed. As soon as the powder is baked onto any workpiece, it can be used straight away and transported immediately. It offers great corrosion protection, and has a high level of cost effectiveness due to its long service life.
